Q: Do you sell only Microsoft
solutions/products?
A: No. Many of our solutions are based on Microsoft platforms, both
new and pre-existing. We enter every situation with an open mind;
our top priority is to listen first. Often, we solve problems with
business processes first before presenting any variety of
technological solutions if/when it is appropriate.
Q: Do you provide service for
non-clients that are not committed to a maintenance agreement?
A: Yes. We will help anyone who asks us. Most of our regular clients
were first strangers to us who were coping with a crisis and didn't
know who to turn to. Testimonials are provided upon request.
Q: Do you charge extra to complete
installations during after-hours or weekends?
A: Typically, there is no extra charge for this level of service.
